  • reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand
  • None of The trademarks, logos, service marks and the content or data displayed on this
  • website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmit, distributed,
  • or modified without the express written permission of Stampco, except that you may
  • download, display and print one copy of the materials presented on this website on a
  • single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • your name and check-in/check-out date that will be issued on the e-ticket to hotels
  • in order to make your reservation. You will receive our events, promotions and
  • preferential price if you acknowledge and agree that Stampco can use your personal
  • data for the above purposes. Our administration system is located within our own
  • firewall protected internal network, thus your personal data will be protected in
  • privacy. However, Stampco will provide your personal data to government as the
  • request for conforming to the law.

  • is essential, the third party use security technology which supports by  MasterCard SecureCode 
  • authenticate your credit card, ensuring that only the

  • You will be required full payment at the time of booking. When making your booking
  • you should quote the credit card number from which payment is to be taken. Once your
  • booking has been made, you will be sent confirmation by email. Please check that all the
  • details agree with what you have booked

  • MasterCard.

  • 6. Cancellations and refund

     
  • - For your account: These payments are not collected data by Stampco directly but by
  • the third party (Stampco’s partner). As secure delivery of your credit card information
  • is essential, the third party use security technology which supports by

  • All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. Certain
  • accommodation and tour products will apply additional cancellation charges.

  • MasterCard SecureCode
  • For  products:
  • have booked. These cancellation conditions and costs are located under the pricing on the
  • individual pages and will be clearly advised to you in writing at time of booking.

  • For accommodation:
  •  
  • - You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 48
  • hours (2-days) before the check-in date.
  • - Otherwise, if you cancel your reservations 48 hours (2-days) or less to the check-in date,
  • the cancellation fee equivalent to your reservation value of 01-night is charged due to
  • hotel charges.
  • - You have to pay any cancellation fee equivalent to your reservation value of all nights if
  • you do not show case and not check-in on the first day in your reservation.

  • Refund
  • for a refund to be approved, you must have a signed refund request form that must be
  • completed in writing, and made direct to us. The refund amount will be transferred to
  • your account which you used for payment online after deduct cancellation fee. The
  • refund time will be made within 20 days working.

  • 7. Liability of Stampco

  • In order to ensure your interests, Stampco shall have liabilities as follow:
  • - To do not share, resell, or distribute your email address, or physical address
  • details with any other third party under any circumstances.
  • - To takes a responsibility for security and storage of your personal data totally

  • - To solve any claims, complaints, mistakes, damage, loss, resulting from factors
  • Stampco direct control
  • - To assume responsibility for the services that you booked are performed.
  • - To inform as soon as possible to you when there are any changes.
  • Stampco have the right to change or cancel services at any time if it is necessary for your
  • safety.

  • 8. Limitation of liability  
  • - Stampco does not assume responsibility for all the information you provided
  • - Stampco shall not be liable for the information stolen if the stealing is done from your
  • computer infected by the virus or by any other cause.
  • - Stampco shall not be responsible for your computer system is damaged while the
  • payment is happening.
  • - Stampco accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, inconvenience, omissions,
  • whether negligent or otherwise, resulting from factors beyond Stampco control.
  • - Stampco do not accept liability for losing your personal data cause of events which are
  • beyond Stampco’s control including war, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism fire,
  • floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other
  • authorities.

  • 9. Customer’s responsibility
  • - You commit completely responsible for personal information, credit card

    information has been declared as honest, accurate. If there are errors, fraud

    or disputes arising, Stampco has the right to cancel your bookings.

    - You have the duty to check your account information to timely inform to

    the Stampco if there have any mistakes. Stampco shall not accept any resolution of

    a complaint after 30 days from the date of payment.

     

    - You have to be applied to install the precautions to ensure that any choice

    of what you use STAMPCO website is not a virus or any threat from any outside

    intervention may or cause damage to your computer systems.
